    Yes, you need to create an account to purchase an eSIM, as an eSIM profile must be created. This allows you to easily use your eSIM when you make a new purchase later on, without having to reinstall it.

  • Will I receive a QR code every time I top up my WonderSIM profile with an eSIM data package?

    No, you will not receive a QR code for purchasing data packages via the WonderSIM website when you are logged in, as your purchase will be added to your existing account immediately after payment confirmation. The purchased data package will then be available and activated immediately.

    You can also top up your WonderSIM account at any time, even without Wi-Fi or an active data plan, to stay connected easily anytime, anywhere in over 200 destinations.

  • How do I temporarily deactivate my WonderSIM eSIM?

    If you don't want to use your eSIM for a while, don't delete it. Simply deactivate your eSIM profile so that you can easily reactivate it later and purchase a new tariff when you need a data connection again.

    This is like taking a ‘break’ from WonderSIM and does not affect any other settings on your device.

    To deactivate your profile:

    For iOS:

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Tap Mobile Data.
    3. Select the data plan (= eSIM profile) in the ‘Data Plans’ section.
    4. Deactivate ‘Activate this line’.

    For Android:

    1. Open your phone's settings.
    2. Tap Connections.
    3. Select Mobile network.
    4. Tap SIM card management.
    5. Select ‘Secondary’.
    6. Set the top switch to OFF.

    For Google Pixel:

    1. Open your phone's settings.
    2. Tap Network & Internet/Mobile network.
    3. Select the eSIM you want to deactivate.
    4. Set the switch to ‘OFF’.
