  • Can I cancel my order?

    As long as the eSIM has not yet been installed and activated, cancellation is possible in many cases. Please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Will I receive a refund if I don't use the eSIM?

    A refund for your pre-installed eSIM profile is only possible if you have not used the purchased data. If you have already used your data plan, your refund request will be declined.

    To request a refund, please contact customer service (via our online form or by email) and attach the payment receipt (or payment confirmation) within 14 working days of the purchase date.

  • My mobile phone is not compatible with eSIM. Can I get a refund?

    If your mobile phone is incompatible with eSIM and you are therefore unable to use the data plan, we may consider a refund. To request a refund, please contact customer service (via our online form) and attach the proof of payment (or payment confirmation) within 14 working days of the purchase date.
