  • When does my data package start?

    The data package only starts when you activate the eSIM – not when you purchase it.

  • Can I delete my eSIM and use it again?

    Once deleted, an eSIM cannot usually be reactivated. Please only delete it if you are sure.

  • How do I delete an eSIM?

    It is entirely possible to permanently delete an eSIM profile:

    iOS:

    • Go to Settings > Mobile Data
    • In the ‘Mobile Data Plans’ section, select the mobile data plan (= eSIM profile) that you want to delete
    • Tap ‘Delete’

    Google Pixel:

    • Go to Settings > Network & Internet
    • Next to ‘Mobile network’, select the eSIM you want to delete
    • Tap ‘Delete’

    Android:

    • Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card management
    • Select the eSIM profile you want to delete
    • Tap ‘Delete’
  • Can I store multiple eSIMs at the same time?

    Yes, many devices can store multiple eSIM profiles—but only one can be actively used. To make it easier to manage your eSIM profile and WonderSIM account, we recommend installing only one eSIM profile per device.
