Support & Security

  • What should I do if I accidentally deleted the eSIM?

If you have deleted the eSIM profile on your device, please contact our customer service and provide the EID of your device.

We can then restore the activation code for your eSIM profile so that you can reinstall it on your device.

  • Is my connection with WonderSIM secure?

Like physical SIM cards, eSIM cards offer the most secure and private way to connect to the internet.

Security standards in mobile networks are much higher than in public Wi-Fi networks found in airports, hotels and cafés.

3G, 4G and 5G connections make data theft virtually impossible thanks to the following factors:

    • Private access
    • Private network
    • End-to-end control of your data
    • Encryption of your data
    • Authentication
  • I can't connect my eSIM

If you are using your eSIM for the first time, it may take a few minutes for it to connect to the network. Please be patient.

Otherwise, first check whether you are in an area covered by our services.

If you still don't have a connection, try the following:

    • Make sure that data roaming (or ‘roaming’) is enabled on your device.
    • Check that mobile data (3G/4G/5G) is turned on.
    • Try setting the APN manually.
    • Put your device in flight mode for 10 seconds and then turn mobile data back on.
    • Search for a network manually (in your device's settings).
    • Restart your device.

For devices running Windows 10 or Windows 11, please ensure that the ‘Roaming’ option is enabled in the settings.
