An eSIM is a digital SIM card that is built directly into your device. You don't need a physical SIM card and can simply install your plan directly on your phone.

How do I install the eSIM?
After purchase, you will receive instructions by email. In most cases, you simply scan a QR code or follow the steps in the email—and you're connected.

Is my device compatible with WonderSim's eSIM?
Dial *#06# on your keypad. If an EID number appears alongside the IMEI, your phone has an eSIM chip. Also make sure it is not locked to your carrier: a locked phone cannot use a WonderSIM eSIM. No EID shown? On some Android phones, it doesn’t appear with this code. Look for “eSIM” or “Add eSIM” in your network settings. If in doubt, use the “Is my device compatible?” tool on our homepage. Our list of compatible smartphones is updated regularly.

How long is my purchase valid?
